Each of our DIY bitters kits includes everything you need to get started making bitters at home. For each recipe, you will need to add 3/4 cup of high proof spirits, water, and 1/2 tsp sugar (or 1 tsp simple syrup), which are not included. Our bitters recipes yield two 4 oz. bottles.
